Our email address
For all enquiries, including corrections, technical problems, partnership questions and privacy requests: contact@vivavictoria.ca
When reporting an error, include the address of the page and describe what looks wrong. A screenshot of the casino's current promotion terms speeds up the check.
Language and response times
You can write in English or French and we will answer in the same language. Most messages receive a reply within a few business days; detailed corrections that require us to recheck an operator's terms can take a little longer. We do not offer phone or live chat support, which keeps the team focused on checking offers rather than staffing a line.
Please do not send us copies of identity documents, banking details or casino login information. We never need them, and email is not the place to share them.
Reporting an outdated offer
Promotions change often, and readers sometimes spot a revised figure before our next scheduled review. If a deposit amount, spin count, wagering multiple or promo code on one of our cards no longer matches the operator's terms, a short note is all we need. Tell us which page you were reading, which casino the card refers to and what the operator now shows.
We compare your report with the casino's published terms. If the offer has changed, we update the card; if it has ended, we take it down. We may not reply to every correction individually, but each one is checked.
Bugs and broken links
If a button leads nowhere, a page loads incorrectly on your phone or a filter seems to behave oddly, let us know. Mention the device and browser you were using and, if possible, attach a screenshot. Those details help us reproduce the problem quickly rather than guessing at its cause.
Links to casinos occasionally break when an operator changes its own web addresses. Telling us about a dead link is one of the most useful things a reader can do.
Suggestions are welcome too. If a page left you with an unanswered question about how a type of bonus works, tell us, and we may add an explainer.
Partners and privacy requests
Operators or affiliate managers interested in being listed can write to the same address. Please be aware that any listing goes through the same assessment of wagering, deposits, caps and time limits as every other offer, and a partnership does not change how terms are presented.
To see, correct or delete personal information you have sent us, write from the email address you originally used so we can match the request. Our privacy policy explains what little data we hold.
Questions we cannot answer
We do not run a casino and have no access to player accounts. Problems with a withdrawal, identity checks, a closed account or a bonus that was not credited need to go to the operator's support team. If that does not resolve things, the regulator named in the operator's terms is the next step; in Ontario, that is usually the AGCO for sites in the provincial market.
We are also unable to step into disputes between a player and a casino, recover lost funds or overturn a decision about a bonus. What we can do is review a complaint about a listed offer: if an operator's terms appear to contradict what its promotion advertises, tell us, and we will look at whether the listing should stay on the site.
